INCUB8 [ˈɪnkjʊˌbeɪt] vb. To develop and hatch.

Often in an organisation, an imaginary line is drawn around the Directors & Management (a.k.a The Boy's Club) and all business decisions are made to benefit this small group of people. 

In some more progressive companies, that imaginary line might be drawn around the employees too, so that everyone works together to reap the rewards. 

At INCUB8, we've gone one step further, we develop and care for our staff plus we want to include you and your business in our "inner circle". By this, we intend to work with you, think about and understand your business goals, so that every single task we do for you, results in you and your business succeeding. That's what we mean by INCUB8!

Our start-up team consists of 8 like-minded people who believe in doing business this way and it's not our only point of difference. Often amongst development and technology companies, you will find a couple of key people who hold all the knowledge and drive a business.  Our approach is again different to most because we have experience and a depth of knowledge across all of our members and we love to share our knowledge amongst the group.  By fostering a culture of learning, problem-solving and doing jobs right the first time we are improving ourselves, the INCUB8 business and our customers' businesses.  We also share the responsibility; All 8 team members take an active role in running INCUB8 so we are all invested in the success of the business - we want to work in an environment where we are valued and bring value. So you can be sure, no matter which team member you are speaking to, they will have the INCUB8 philosophy in mind when working with you.

Our team has been working busily behind the scenes to build our core hosting infrastructure, mail hosting and email tools in preparation for our launch; so a very large and heart-felt thanks is due to all of the INCUB8 team for their efforts over the last few months to get those jobs done while also working full-time on projects.
