Eggciting News!
I've got some eggciting news! Here at INCUB8, thanks to the growing business from our clients, our IT support division has been rapidly expanding. To streamline the support process for you and provide you with the best service possible, we've made a few changes.
Firstly, we've appointed Garry Moir, our Senior Technical Eggspert, as the Manager of our Support Division. If you've not met him before, Garry is one of those jack-of-all trades, master of MANY. Having worked in IT for almost 20 years, he has a technical knowledge that is hard to beat. So I hope you'll join me in congratulating Garry on his new role.
For those who have not met Garry in person, please feel free to give him a call or drop him and email to introduce yourself and arrange a time to have a chat.
In addition to Garry's promotion, we have also been busy establishing an Online Help Desk for our customers.
For non-urgent issues, customers can now add a new issue to the help desk and INCUB8 will respond within one business day. If Garry is unable to assist with the issue, it will be allocated to a consultant with the skills required.
For business critical issues, our customers are provided with Garry's mobile number.
We've been keeping Peter Davies eggstra busy working on some large software development projects and moving forward, he is not available to act as the support communications hub. We don't want him to become scrambled and so we're implementing these measures so he doesn't crack-up.
